Browne 1/9 Size Food Pan, 24 Gauge Stainless Steel

Browne's 1/9 Size Food Pans are made of 24 gauge stainless steel and can handle repeated use and cleaning in your commercial kitchen.  The anti-jam design allows space between pans, creating ventilation allowing pans to completely dry, reinforced edges help to maintain the shape of the pan resisting damage to the edges if dropped or bumped (an inevitability in any kitchen).
